Villa Heidelberg was built and named in 1909 by the original owner, Jacob Mades, from Heidelberg, Germany. It is a grand old European style home located in the heart of West Seattle. It is complete with wood beamed ceilings, open staircase, original gas/electric "mission" light fixtures, leaded glass windows, a fireplace in the living room, as well as one in the master guest room, a wrap around porch, and a view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Make a slight right turn to take the West Seattle Bridge/Spokane Street ramp toward Safeco Field. Make a slight right turn to take the West Seattle Bridge ramp and merge onto the West Seattle Bridge. Stay straight to go onto Fauntleroy Way Southwest. Turn right onto Southwest Alaska Street. Turn left onto 45th Avenue Southwest and continue until you reach the property.
